Biometric Attendance System in Goa
Stop buddy-punching and manual timesheets. Biometric attendance system in Goa — fingerprint machines, face recognition terminals, and RFID card systems for offices, factories, hotels, and schools. Supply, installation, software setup, payroll integration, and AMC across all of Goa by Express IT Solutions, Porvorim.
Why Goa Businesses Switch to Biometric Attendance
Manual registers and paper punch cards are easy to falsify, slow to process, and invisible to payroll software. A biometric attendance system eliminates buddy-punching, produces accurate payroll data automatically, and gives managers real-time visibility of who is on-site.
Eliminates buddy-punching
Fingerprint and face recognition cannot be proxied — only the registered employee can check in. Fraudulent attendance is physically impossible.
Accurate payroll data
Automated in-time/out-time logging exports directly to payroll software — no manual data entry, no calculation errors, and no disputes at month end.
Real-time reporting
Web and mobile dashboards show who is present, who is absent, who arrived late, and who has left early — in real time, from any device.
Shift & leave management
Multi-shift rosters, leave calendars, holiday lists, and overtime rules all configured in the software — attendance is automatically calculated against them.
Payroll integration
Export in formats compatible with Tally, GreytHR, Keka, HRMantra, and most payroll platforms used by businesses in Goa. Direct API on enterprise models.
Works offline, syncs when connected
All devices store records locally. Internet connectivity is not required to log attendance — data syncs to the server when the network is available.
Attendance Systems We Supply & Install
We supply and install the full range of biometric attendance devices — from basic fingerprint machines to enterprise multi-modal terminals.
Fingerprint Attendance Machine
The most widely deployed attendance solution. Optical or capacitive fingerprint sensors verify identity in under a second. Suitable for offices, factories, and retail with 10–5,000 employees. Models from ZKTeco, Essl, and Realtime Biometrics. From ₹4,500.
Face Recognition Terminal
Contactless attendance — no fingerprint required. Faster throughput at shift change, better hygiene, and works for employees with worn or damaged fingerprints. IR-based face detection works in low light and outdoors. ZKTeco iFace and SpeedFace series. From ₹8,000.
RFID Card Attendance System
Card-swipe or card-tap attendance using Mifare, EM4100, or HID proximity cards. Fastest at the point of entry, no biometric data stored. Often deployed at factory gates and large campuses where card issue is already in use. From ₹5,500.
Multi-Modal Terminal
Combines fingerprint + face recognition + RFID card in a single device. Employees can use any method — ideal for organisations where some staff have biometric exceptions. Matrix Cosec VEGA and ZKTeco uFace series. From ₹14,000.
WiFi & Cloud-Connected Devices
Real-time attendance syncing over WiFi to a cloud dashboard. Managers see attendance from any browser or mobile without needing to pull reports manually. Useful for multi-site operations and businesses with remote HR teams.
Outdoor & Ruggedised Terminals
IP65-rated devices for factory gates, construction sites, and outdoor access points. Resistant to dust, humidity, and the coastal environment of Goa. Vandal-resistant enclosures available for high-traffic sites.
