All quotations provided are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations. 4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as agreed in the purchase order or contract. For hardware purchases, full payment is typically required before delivery. For service contracts, payment schedules will be defined in the service agreement. We accept bank transfers, cheques, and other mutually agreed payment modes.

5. Warranty and Repairs

Products sold by Express IT Solutions carry the manufacturer's warranty. We facilitate warranty claims on behalf of customers but are not liable for manufacturer decisions. Labour charges for out-of-warranty repairs will be communicated upfront. We are not responsible for data loss during hardware repairs — customers are advised to maintain backups.

6. Limitation of Liability

Express IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.
